General conditions of sale for sojourns in guest houses : La Demeure des Sacres
Article 1 – Duration of the stay The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 – Booking validation The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of payment for the stay. Evening by check or bank transfer (payable to La Demeure des Sacres – Mme SONGY) Or by online payment from the site www.la-demeure-des-sacres.com The reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale. For reservations made online, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the payment with the details of the presentation reserved, having the value of a contract. If the reservation is made by telephone (in case of last minute only), we undertake to confirm the receipt of the deposit by email or SMS.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the client Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.
Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 1 month before his arrival. In the event of a shortened or canceled stay less than one month before the expected date of arrival, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the owner.
If the client does not appear before 9 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the owner When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the client as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail and offer him a replacement room of identical comfort. If the replacement solution does not suit the customer, without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, the latter will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.
Article 5 – Arrival time The customer must present himself on the specified day of the reservation and at the times mentioned below. The rooms are available from 5 p.m. Please let us know in case of arrival after 7:30 p.m., beyond contact us.
Article 6 – Departure time The rooms must be vacated before 10:30 a.m., after which you will be charged for an additional night.
Article 7- Remainder of the bill The balance of the accommodation will be requested when you leave. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay.
Article 8 – Tourist tax The tourist tax is to be paid directly to “La Demeure des Sacres”, according to the official scale
Article 9 – Bedroom change The owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity or a higher capacity, without the customer being able to claim any compensation. In such a case, the owner will warn the customer of this fact, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.
Article 10 – Capacity This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 10 – Pets Pets are not accepted at “La Demeure des Sacres”. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by the owner of the guest rooms cannot be equated with a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
Article 11 – Savoir-vivre, use of the premises Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, it is requested not to smoke in the rooms (a space is reserved for you for this purpose in our garden). The customer agrees to respect the instructions for good manners appearing in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale.
The client shall return the rooms in a perfect condition at the end of the sojourn and to declare and be financially responsible for any possible damage during the sojourn.
Children housed within “La Demeure des Sacres” are under the sole responsibility of the adults in charge, notably when using the playground in the garden. The kitchen is not available to the guests.
Article 12 – The present conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. The acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed as accepted at the date of payment of the deposit.
Article 13 – In compliance with the French law dated 6 January 1978, you have a right of access and modification of your personal data. “La Demeure des Sacres” shall not transmit any personal information you may have communicated to any other companies or organisations.
Article 14 – Notice – Our promotional offers may not be cumulated. – Conditions, rates and offers are not contractual
